Service Description

Each year, the Empty Bowl Committee partners with Ogres-Holm Pottery and Friends-In-Service- Helping (FISH) to raise money to fight food insecurity in our community. Throughout the year, potters and artisans work with the community to create and donate handcrafted ceramic bowls.  Each bowl sold provides a meal for as many as 10 people.  All event proceeds support FISH food programs. Enjoy a meal with your neighbor and take home a bowl as a reminder that there are empty bowls out in our community. $25 per person includes a handmade ceramic bowl and a meal. Celebrating a community, our meal is donated by local restaurants, and our bowls are created through a community effort. Live entertainment ~ Silent Auction ~ Raffle ~ Activities for kids
